Stay Strong!

Almost 160,000 kids skip school because they are getting bullied. About 8% of kids in the U.S are getting bullied. If your getting bullied tell some one. Don’t be ashamed. You should tell your mom, dad, brother or sister, or a teacher. All of these people can help and if does not stop then they can get in trouble by the police. When your getting bullied it can get so bad that you want to harm your self or others. Sometimes you get bullied so much that you become a bully yourself. There is more than one kind of bullying. There is Cyber Bullying, Physical Bullying, Verbal, Relation Aggression, Sexual, and Prejudicial. Cyber Bullying is the most common bullying right now. Over 80% use there phones to bully. Over 25% of teens bully through text message, 64% bully on facebook, 29% get bullies on twitter, and 21% of kids get bullied on e-mail. Girls are about 2 times more likely to to get bullied or start bullying. 9/10% of teens say that they get bullied at school or on social media. Only 1 out of 10 kids tell there parents that there getting bullied, and only 1 out of 6 parents know that there child is getting bullied online.   When your getting bullied remember to that there are other people out there getting bullied to, so keep your head up. Stick up to the bully tell them that they can find something better then pick on you. Show the bully that it doesn’t hurt you it just makes you stronger. On regular bullying 56% of students have watched someone get bullied, 71% have said that there is bullying going on in there school. 90% of 4th through 8th graders have reported to getting bullied. 1 out of every 10 students who have dropped out of school say its because of bullies. So if your getting bullied your not the only one there are so many people that face the same thing as you. Stay strong.
